Advice from specialists suggests that everyone should be exercising for at least 30 minutes a day, three times per week.

One thing that will help you on your way to get fit though, is the African herb hoodia. This herb is nature’s way of helping you lose weight, in a safe way.

When exercising you should try to involve either an aerobic or cardiovascular workout into your new routine.  Weight training and stretching is advised in order to avoid injuries and both of these procedures will enhance your flexibility.

Keeping an exercise diary is a great way to stay on top of your progress and will also provide you with the motivation to carry on.  Check out your local leisure clubs and health centres for classes, exercise doesn’t just have to be a heavy workout in the gym; it can be a dance class, a spinning class, yoga or pilates.
