I found out recently how everything I thought about the food we eat might actually be a big lie, while searching for weight loss by yoga. Fine, less cholesterol. Fine, high fibre. Fine, more vegetables and fruits. All understandable. But what I found out about weight loss by yoga blew my mind.

Salt. I’m talking about common salt. The inconspicuous little jar of ‘free-flowing’ salt sits on every kitchen counter. I mean EVERY kitchen counter has salt. All I know is, you either put salt in your food, or eat bland, tasteless, ‘salt-less’ stuff. Right?
